Kathryn Weber PHR, SHRM-CP

Human Capital Management, Certified as a Professional in Human Resources since 1997.

My experience and expertise in designing performance management plans spans two decades. As a Human Resources Manager in a highly strategic, sophisticated environment at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, I learned the significance of how Human Resources adds value and delivers quality by incorporating established best practices.

Subsequently I spent time driving clarity with a sense of urgency in infrastructure in mergers and acquisitions. Recognized for the alignment and implementation of HR Human Capital programs across diverse multi-business platforms.  My knowledge and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization drives and supports the goals and objectives of our clients.



Kathy recently helped us implement Halogen Talent Management system at Herzing University. Kathy brought expertise, unwavering commitment and "can do" attitude, and project planning skills to our project that were absolutely critical to our ability to implement the system in a short amount of time.
